It's not so good not so bad. But experience wise it's good because in perfumes industry work experience is must, but it's not fair marketing policies to fight with competitors. The decessions is not in perfect shape. They don't have proper policy regarding covid.

Dislikes

Work environments and growth wises they don't have any suggestions and feedback from top level, they can not spread in penetrate into deep market. Because marketing policies for spreading in every pockets company should have proper policy and terms and products by which the sales staff can go in deeply to cover each and every pockets.
