The management is surprisingly poor and erratic. There is no intention to extend support to the employees, no leeway at work, no set objective, nothing. The director is shallow and full of vindictiveness. If you make a mistake, she turns it into her personal vendetta, tracks down prior works for errors, and drops downright humiliation and bombshells in the mail with phrases like "heavy consequences".
