Bad work-life balance - made to work on weekends but deployment of the same happens after a month. What is the point of this? No job security - you will be called one day and fired by the founders without any proper justification Bad coding practices - code base is so bad and is in such a premitive version that it will take months for a new engineer to understand the spegittie code base No focus on skill development - KPIs are set for this but no time given for the same Culture is to just please the founder which the core south indian developers do. Make sure you are good in their eyes and show you are working. There is discrimination between south indians and north indians here....Read More
