The work culture is very nice. But there are not much extra perks and benefits also the appraisal happens in September no matter when you joined the firm. Sometimes you have to work extra hours. Also increment is also not that much good. Even if u work exceptionally well still you will get 10 to 12% increment so will evryone in the office. Salary is on time.

Dislikes

Salary increment is not that good. Whatever salary you are getting they divide them into two parts like if your salary is 30k they will pay 27k+3k and the 3k which is the performance bonus as per this firm will be paid quarterly subject to the TL's review. This place is rubbish ....if you going to left this company they will hold your 2 month salary for3-6 months ..even they don't pay like my 15 days salary
