This is one of the best companies when it comes to work life balance. No one expects you or tells you to work for more than 7.5-8hrs/ day. The UK managers are very friendly and respect people from every part of the world. You are not restricted to work in just one area, one can explore for exciting opportunities and excel in that.

Dislikes

The current Indian management is pathetic. They have hired a new MD who is from south of India and is one of those guys who distinguishes between people from north and south and only prefer people from south. Since joining he had made sure that the UK management believes that people from other states have no skills set. Previously the India offices were dependent on BARODA office functioning as they were the backbone, by performing almost 80% of the engineering functions, last month he fired the entire 90% of the baroda office employees and did almost the same with Ahmedabad employees. Now his only aim is to develop Bengaluru office and close down baroda office immediately and Ahmedabad office in maybe 6 months or so. He is making a force for himself in bengaluru office that will sing his praises and save him in front of UK management. The layoffs are happening every month and no employee in Gujarat offices are happy and settled. Everyone is fearing that due to this pathetic man they will loose their job. If the UK management has even 1% of mood to keep this org live in india fire this guy, only that can save it....Read More

Dislikes

The conduct of managers, The MD of India & India Management team is highly unsatisfactory. The Indian MD is creating a disparity between region, particularly between Gujarat & Bangalore. During a meeting, he remarked that all the skilled personnel are in Bangalore and not in Gujarat. However, Till the date 80% staff was in Gujarat.As a result, Uk management has agreed to reduced 90% the workforce in Gujarat. Layoff have become a routine practices. Notably, possessing adept flattery skilled appears to be crucial for survival within the organization as managers primarily value such abilities. A particular group proficient in ingratiating themselves with management, remains employed. Substantial political maneuvering has occurred to promote individuals within a specific group, leading to numero9us resignation & others were part of layoff.
