Ibis is a part of accor group, which comes under the budget segment. Here the staffing is less due to which one has to be a multitasker, growth in accordance is good and I lersonally believe that if you perform you can get a good growth in this chain along with lots of felicitations. Ibis Nashik, is. Good for knowing the brand and it's culture. Had a great time working out here.

Dislikes

Working hours are way too more, with less staffing (main reason) but living in the hospitality industry that's what you have to deal with.
