Job Overview
We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven International Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on the global markets of aquaculture, animal feed, and waste management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of these industries, a network of international clients, and the ability to identify new business opportunities while cultivating existing relationships. This role requires an excellent communicator, adept negotiator, and strategic thinker who can drive growth and expand the company's presence in global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
o Experience in selling in international markets.
o Exposure to biological products such as animal feed additives, bio or chemical solutions for waste water Treatment, aquaculture, bulk strains of bacteria etc in international markets will be added advantage.
o Knowledge of regulatory compliance, export documentation and compliance preferred
o Exposure to freight and customs, handling logistics will be an added advantage
o Identify target markets and potential customers across the globe
o Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners globally.
o Establish new business relationships with aquaculture farms, animal feed manufacturers, waste management organizations, and related stakeholders.
o Act as the primary point of contact for international clients and provide timely solutions to inquiries.
o Promote the companys products and services to potential customers.
o Conduct presentations, webinars, and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and competitive edge of the companys solutions.
o Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to close deals and achieve sales targets.
o Identify and develop new markets and opportunities for growth in the business
o Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build brand awareness and expand market reach.
o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and market demands.
o Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management on market trends, sales performance, and opportunities.
o Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the achievement of sales targets and growth objectives.
o Provide ongoing support to customers, ensuring satisfaction through excellent service and effective problem-solving.
o Collaborate with the customer support team to address client issues, product-related concerns, and post-sales activities.

Education Qualification
Diploma or certification in Exports
bachelor or master's in biotechnology / Microbiology preferred
MBA in international marketing preferred
