Project Leadership: Lead the overall project, including design, erection, commissioning, and providing engineering support during commercial production.
Regulatory Compliance: Obtain necessary permits from local bodies (GIDC, GPCB) and ensure compliance during the project and commissioning phases.
Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans and execute design standards in alignment with global industry standards.
Performance Monitoring: Use appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to measure and track project performance.
Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with the process, QA, and QC teams to ensure the project meets all requirements and standards.
Technical Specifications: Prepare detailed technical specifications and drawings.
Detail Engineering: Oversee the engineering aspects related to mechanical piping, equipment, civil structure, electrical, and instrumentation.
Vendor Management: Coordinate vendor selection, review vendor drawings, and approve them after the placement of offers. Evaluate and approve vendor documents such as mechanical data sheets, test certificates, and inspection/testing records.
Documentation: Review and finalize URS, DQ, IQ, and OQ for process and engineering equipment in coordination with the process and engineering teams.
Health, Safety, and Environment: Ensure that all health, safety, and environmental standards are fully considered and implemented throughout the project.
GMP Compliance: Maintain familiarity with GMP standards/guidelines and a working knowledge of other regulatory norms.
