We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales & Operations Associate to join our ground operations team at Zypp Electric. The role involves sourcing, managing, and supporting delivery partners working with various e-commerce, food delivery, and ride-sharing platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong sales acumen, in-depth knowledge of local markets, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads from open markets to onboard delivery partners.
• Visit local markets to source and register delivery partners on platforms like Uber and Rapido.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of Fleet Service Providers (FSPs).
• Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of riders through regular tracking and support.

Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a field sales or business development role.
• Strong sales orientation with an aggressive approach to target achievement.
• Good understanding of local geography and market trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
