Assistant Vice President - Backend Technologies (7-12 yrs)

Minimum Qualifications :

- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development, in ASP.net/Java/Node AWS, Microservices

- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in master data management, including proficiency in organizing and optimizing data in Microsoft SQL Server relational databases.

- Familiarity with non-relational NoSQL databases is a plus.

- Proven experience in leading Agile teams and demonstrating a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.

- Skilled in leading efforts focused on enterprise scale web applications, leveraging modern frameworks, cloud-native technologies,

and platforms such as AWS

- Experience modernizing legacy applications into modular, scalable, and decoupled architectures.

- Excellent organizational abilities to effectively manage multiple employees, schedules, and projects.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Demonstrated conflict resolution skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to make and own decisions quickly.

- Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field with 10+ years of overall experience in the field of software engineering.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Any architect level experience is an added plus.

- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.

- Experience with DevOps practices and tools for automation and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).

- AWS Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect or any developer level certifications).

- Experience working with international teams in various time-zones.
