Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

1. Leadership and Team Management :

- Lead a team of developers and engineers, ensuring smooth collaboration and productivity.

- Mentor team members by providing technical guidance, feedback, and performance evaluations.

- Foster a positive team environment, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.

- Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.

Technical Expertise :

- Architect, design, and implement scalable and robust solutions using .NET frameworks.

- Perform database design, optimization, and troubleshooting for SQL databases.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues quickly and efficiently.

- Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Client Communication :

- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients.

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Communicate technical challenges and solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

- Provide project status updates, manage client expectations, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

- Critical Thinking and Problem Solving

- Analyze and mitigate risks in project delivery.

- Evaluate and propose new tools, technologies, or processes to enhance productivity.

Technical Skills Required :

.NET Development :

- Expertise in ASP.NET, C#, and .NET Core frameworks.

- Strong understanding of MVC architecture and Web APIs.

- Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular/React (preferred).

SQL Database Management :

- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.

- Knowledge of database design principles and data modeling.

- Experience with database performance tuning and optimization.

Leadership and Communication :

- Exceptional leadership skills to inspire and guide teams.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.

Qualifications and Experience :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on .NET and SQL.

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in leading development teams and managing projects.

- Proven experience in working on enterprise-level applications and client-facing projects
