Job description :

• Perform day to day AP / AR / GL activities with required speed and accuracy
• Adhere to local and statutory compliance
• Strong process knowledge
• Effective communication skills
• Encourage creativity & strive for process improvements
• Coordinate with internal & external customers
• Controlling & reducing customer escalations/complaints
• Forecast process performance against defined SLAs & maintain agreed service levels
• Manage the knowledge Repository for the process & update it timely

Experience and Qualification

• University graduate with minimum of 15 years of education with Bachelors / Masters Degree in Commerce
• Experience of 3-5 years in accounting
• Experience in Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable / Record to Report processes
• Expertise in MS office
• Fluency in English language Good Business awareness, Team work, Adaptability, time management
• Experience in ERPs like SAP/ORACLE preferable
