Location: Ahmedabad

Role Purpose

The role is responsible to:

· Oversee and manage clinical and in vitro studies related to Personal care and food care claims.

· Ensure the development, review, and timely completion of research protocols and Clinical Study Reports (CSRs).

· Coordinate with CRO and research partners, manage site visits, and follow up on project progress.

· Address and resolve critical issues in projects, providing scientific support to overcome challenges.

· Assist the formulation team with new product development and open innovation to create new concepts.

· Help the team draft claims and scientific methods and literature to support product claims.

· Publish research articles and provide scientific content to reinforce business credibility.

· Work with the regulatory team and formulation team on new claims and dossier documentation for products.

Role Requirements

Educational Qualifications

· Advanced degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., PhD, MSc).

Experience (Type & Nature)

· Extensive experience in scientific research and clinical studies, both in personal care and food care.

· Address and resolve critical issues in projects, providing scientific support to overcome challenges
