Job Description: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Quality Control SOP Simplification Specialist

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Specialist in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Quality Control SOP Simplification with 5-8 years of experience in any industry. Exposure to the pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate will focus on simplifying Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) using Picture Process Maps and identifying key process points.

Key Responsibilities:

- Simplify and optimize manufacturing and quality control SOPs to enhance efficiency and compliance.

- Create and use Picture Process Maps to visually represent SOP workflows.

- Identify and highlight key process points within SOPs to ensure clarity and ease of use.

- Facilitate to create an environment along with CFT to brainstorm and capture hidden knowledge of operator/Analyst/Chromatographer, specific to critical process.

- Think of future SOP with digital solution and technology augmentation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.

- Provide training and support to ensure smooth adoption of simplified SOPs and implementation through QA function.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing or quality control in any industry; pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus.

- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality assurance principles.

- Proficiency in creating and using Picture Process Maps.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.

- Familiarity with digital manufacturing tools and paperless systems.

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
