Job Description:

Administration:

• General administration call ROTA for the consultants
• Interview and selection of the Junior Doctors.
• Conduct annual appraisals for Medical Officers, Dietitians, CSSD and Dialysis
• Coordinate Annual Appraisals for the Technicians and Physiotherapists
• Regular interaction with Consultants for strengthening the working relationship
• Regular morning rounds.
• Coordination with the Technicians of various departments.
• Coordination with physiotherapy department
• Oversees ADSO activities
• Coordination with HODs of various other departments
• Coordination of Clinical governance
• Medical Audit with the help of team quality
• Monitoring of Clinical Quality parameters
• Review of long duration inpatients
• Provide required medical support for the medical camps
• Facilitator of all Quality Accreditation, namely – NABH, NABL, PMJAY etc.
• Coordination with operations department regarding MHC, billing, patient feed back, discharge summaries etc.
• Coordination with medical records department
• Coordination with customer relation Management cell for corporate clientele along with team marketing
• Working as compliance officer for handling grievances of patients/ attendants/ staff, as per hospital policies.
• Coordination with HR, for induction program and training of doctors
• Coordination with OT, Labs, Blood bank and Radiology in-charges for smooth and effective functioning
• Active member of various hospital committees
• Any other jobs assigned by superior.
