Delivery Head - Professional Service

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute global delivery strategies for P2P, S2P, HANA, and supply chain/procurement solutions. Align delivery strategies with the company s business objectives and customer needs. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle from planning and execution to delivery and post-implementation support.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  Implement best practices in project management, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse global team of project managers, consultants, and technical specialists.Build a high-performing team through recruitment, training, and professional development initiatives.Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and effective communication within the team.
• Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and providing tailored solutions.Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
• Operational Excellence: Optimize delivery processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability.
  Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  Drive the adoption of industry standards and best practices in delivery methodologies.
• Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of global delivery operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  Ensure profitability and financial sustainability of delivery projects.
  Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.
• Technology and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in P2P, S2P, HANA, and supply chain/procurement technologies.
  Promote the adoption of new technologies and innovative solutions to enhance delivery capabilities.
  Collaborate with technology partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and solutions.

• Experience: Minimum of 18 years of experience in global delivery or project management roles, with a focus on P2P,/S2P/ HANA, supply chain/procurement implementations.
• Industry Knowledge : Hands-on experience with enterprise SaaS products, especially in S2P/P2P, CLM, ERP, and CRM applications.Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects in a global environment.Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

  Exceptional client relationship management and communication skills.
  In-depth knowledge of P2P/ S2P/ SAP HANA or supply chain/procurement processes and technologies.

• This position requires the flexibility to travel globally((30% required)) as needed to support project delivery and client engagements.
