Zycus - Program Manager - Value Engineering (8-15 yrs)

As a Program Manager in Value Engineering (Consulting), you will coordinate and manage initiatives to enhance the adoption, optimization, and value realization of Zycus' cognitive procurement solutions. This role will require you to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, process improvements, and measurable outcomes aligned with strategic goals.

You will oversee strategic procurement transformation projects, focusing on the adoption and ROI optimization of AI-driven SaaS procurement solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes for global enterprise clients. You'll be responsible for managing project timelines, ensuring quality delivery, and driving continuous process improvement in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Coordination: Oversee value engineering projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations.

- Client Engagement: Collaborate with enterprise clients to identify business challenges, align deliverables, and measure ROI.

- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current methodologies and implement innovative solutions for better outcomes.

- Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as the central point of communication between value engineering, sales, and customer success teams.

- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze and report on key metrics to track the effectiveness of value engineering initiatives.

External Skills And Expertise:

Expertise and Qualification:

- Experience: 8-12 years in program or project management, preferably in procurement or SaaS industries.

- Technical Skills: Familiarity with tools like Ariba, Coupa, or similar procurement platforms.

- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to resolve complex challenges and present solutions effectively.

- Customer-Focused: Proven experience in engaging and managing stakeholders to drive business results.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science, Business, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
