Senior Manager- Graphic Designer

As the Senior Manager - Graphic Designer on our Marketing team, you will lead the visual direction of Zycuss brand. You will be responsible for creating and executing design strategies that align with our marketing goals and elevate our brand across digital and print platforms. This is a strategic role with a blend of hands-on design, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with a talented team to drive projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-impact visuals that resonate with our audience and reinforce Zycuss position as an industry leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Strategy & Leadership: Develop and lead Zycus design strategy, ensuring it aligns with overall marketing objectives and resonates with our target audience.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of graphic designers, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Design & Brand Management: Oversee the creation and execution of visual assets for all marketing channels, including digital campaigns, social media, website, webinars, presentations, case studies, whitepapers, eBooks, and print collateral.
• Tool and Innovation Usage: Leverage advanced design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and GenAI tools for image generation and video editing, to deliver efficient, cutting-edge design solutions.
• Quality Control & Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs meet high standards of quality and are consistent with Zycuss brand identity across various media and platforms.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from ideation to completion, meeting deadlines and aligning with campaign milestones.
• User-Centric Design Approach: Drive a user-focused design approach, collaborating with the marketing and product teams to enhance the user experience across all customer touchpoints.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, design advancements, and GenAI developments, incorporating innovative approaches to maintain a competitive edge.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and content teams to ensure design solutions are aligned with business objectives and effectively communicate complex information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 8-10 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, and GenAI tools for image creation and video editing.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, including digital, print, and motion graphics, demonstrating both technical and conceptual excellence.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire creative teams.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to develop and execute design strategies that align with business objectives and enhance brand perception.
• Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present design ideas and collaborate across departments.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality in all design work.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end design best practices.
• Previous experience in SaaS or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
