Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Standards Research Architectural Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching, communicating about, and reviewing architectural code, standards and products to ensure our buildings and products are compliant worldwide. This role requires a deep understanding of architectural products, interpretation of code and standards and a ability to find solutions in standards. Typical people that are suitable for this role are architectural coordinators, architectural specifiers, and other architectural roles that are involved in building product standards review.

What are you Going to do

Conduct comprehensive research on architectural standards and best practices.

Develop and maintain internal architectural guidelines and standards for the organization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to architectural standards where they cross into other fields such as structural or MEP.

Research products in market to see how they have worked with standards and code to achieve a functional product.

Research into both accepted methods and verification methods for products for product design to use.

Prepare and present reports on architectural standards and research findings.

Work with product design to review the compliance of new products in development.

What are we Looking for

Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

Extensive experience in architectural research and standards development.

Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Strong English communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have:

Professional certification in architecture or a related field.

Familiarity with worldwide regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
