As a Product Manager at Solulever, you will play a key role in defining and executing our product vision. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and customer success, to build and enhance our IIoT platform. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our solutions align with market needs and deliver exceptional value to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Define product strategy and track the progress of roadmap based on customer insights, market trends, and business objectives
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritize and develop product features
Functional know-how of software development cycle, DBMS, Cloud computing and DevOps is good to have
Define User Stories / PRD for the engineering and development of the product features
Work closely with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and translate it into actionable product requirements
Drive the development of Industry 4.0 ensuring alignment with industry standards
Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including backlog management and sprint planning and review
Develop go-to-market strategies and support sales and marketing teams with product positioning and pricing
Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in Industry 4.0 and manufacturing digitalization
6-8 years of experience in product management, preferably in IIoT, MES, or industrial software domains
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (Production, Quality, Maintenance and HSE) and industrial automation
Experience working with IIoT platforms, OT connectivity with different protocols (OPC -UA, OPC-DA, Ethernet, Modbus etc) and data-driven analytical tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Apache Superset etc)
Familiarity with the Industry 4.0 concepts and its application in manufacturing operation Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Functional knowledge of AI/ML applications in industrial analytics
Basic knowledge of Python for Data Sciences will be a plus
