Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager - HR to join our team in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company. The successful candidate will assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organization's goals and objectives in a highly regulated industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and benefits, ensuring a positive and compliant work environment.

2. Training and Development: Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, including cGMP, regulatory compliance, and industry-specific training.

3. Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

4. Policy Development and Implementation: Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

5. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment and enhance employee retention.

6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, including those related to pharmaceutical manufacturing.

9. Audit and Inspection Support: Assist in preparing for audits and inspections, including those conducted by regulatory agencies.

10. Data Analysis: Analyze HR data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide recommendations for improvement.
