Job Description :

Loan IQ Tech lead.

Experience : 12 to 15 years.

Job Responsibilities.

- Work on design solutions and ensure final product meets the needs of stakeholders.

- Drive technology architecture to build resilient, responsive and scalable platform.

- Create innovative solutions for complex problems, leveraging advanced understanding of engineering principals.

- Champion the Agile/Scrum process, scheduling and leading Agile team sessions.

- Ensure quality presentation of the team's work in the sprint demos.

- Mentor team members in design, coding practices, and software development policies and guidelines.

Skills.

- 12+ years of experience in software development as a full stack Java developer, (with strong React development skills is an added advantage).

- At least 5 years of experience in the LoanIQ SDK programming with a very good working knowledge on the LoanIQ APIs, Data Model, LoanIQ functionality, Event Manager, Inquiry APIs, Remote Server, etc.

- At least 5 years of experience in leading a core LoanIQ tech team with the experience of developing and delivering LoanIQ interfaces and other lending related applications.

- Strong knowledge on LoanIQ internal architecture and well versed in debugging LoanIQ issues.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to individuals with varying levels of technical understanding.

- Deep understanding of micro-services architecture and other design patterns.

- Expertise with Spring Boot, RESTful, React, Elastic Search, XML, JSON.

- Excellent SQL skills with any RDBMS database technology.

- Working knowledge of Red Hat Linux/Windows.

- Working knowledge of using Java Messaging (MQ or any other messaging middleware).

- Candidate should have experience in Cucumber and Junit.

- Experience on BDD and TDD is added advantage.

Loan IQ Functional.

Experience : 10 to 15 years.

Job Responsibilities :

- Work on functional design solutions and ensure final product meets the needs of stakeholders.

- Create innovative solutions for complex problems, leveraging advanced understanding of engineering principals.

- Champion the Agile/Scrum process, scheduling and leading Agile team sessions.

- Ensure quality presentation of the team's work in the sprint demos.

Skills :

- 10+ years of experience the SDLC world.

- 3+ years of leading/mentoring junior Business analysts in the team.

- In-depth knowledge in Financial service.

- Strong knowledge in LoanIQ and it's modules, such as accounting, payments, etc.

- At least 5 years of experience in working with LoanIQ team and interfacing with Users, Developer, Production team as well as Finastra.

- Good understanding of the LoanIQ APIs, Data Model, LoanIQ functionality, Event Manager.

- Good understanding of the LoanIQ upstream and downstream systems.

- Have a working experience as a LoanIQ QA is added advantage.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to individuals with varying levels of technical understanding.

- Excellent SQL skills with any RDBMS database technology.
