Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance Zorrros brand visibility and achieve business objectives.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and traditional media.
- Create compelling content for marketing materials, website, social media, and other platforms to engage and educate target audiences.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Manage and monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns, SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing to maximize reach and conversions.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and impactful marketing collateral, including graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
- Develop and manage partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to expand Zorrros reach and target new customer segments.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and drive data-driven decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure team success and growth.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and customer needs.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to initiatives that deliver the highest ROI.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA in Marketing is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the logistics, e-commerce, or tech industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, social media, and data analytics.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage a marketing team.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and achieving business goals.
- Passion for staying updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies.
- Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
