Role Description
The SEO - SEM Specialist will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and analyzing our paid search campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of PPC strategies, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving successful campaigns.
Job Description / Responsibilities
Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify the most relevant and high-performing keywords for advertising campaigns
Campaign Setup: Create, manage, and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on search engines like Google Ads, Meta Ads and Bing Ads.
Bid Management: Monitor and adjust bidding strategies to achieve the best possible return on investment (ROI) and lower the cost per clicks (CPC)
Ad Extensions: Implement various ad extensions such as site links, callouts, and structured snippets to enhance ad visibility and engagement
Landing Page Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing and web development teams to ensure that landing pages are optimized for conversions and user experience
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ad copies, landing pages, and other elements to identify the most effective strategies and improve campaign performance and Conversion rates.
Develop compelling ad copy and creative assets that align with campaign goals

Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets effectively, allocate budget to different campaigns and keywords, and ensure maximum ROI within the allocated budget
Competitor Analysis: Keep track of competitors' SEM activities, analyze their strategies, and propose innovative ideas to stay ahead in the market
Generate and present regular reports on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI
Quality Score Improvement: Work on improving the quality score of keywords and ads to reduce CPC and improve ad placements
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive paid search strategies
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
