Duties and Responsibilities  
Duties and Responsibilities ::Ð¥ To achieve collection targets of the area assigned, ensuring meeting PI Targets, meeting the Target on Cost of Collections.
Ð¥ Control bucket flow cases and focus on non-starters.
Ð¥ Ensuring documented feedback.
Ð¥ Ensuring legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing of products
Ð¥ Ensuring audit queries are complied with.
Х Ensuring adequate УFeet on StreetФ availability area-wise / bucket-wise / segment-wise.
Ð¥ Manage productivity by fixing productivity parameters for Collection Officers / Agencies / DMAs, monitoring performance against set parameters and Weekly review with the collection executives.
Ð¥ Ensuring background and reference check of agencies / DCTs being appointed.
Ð¥ Constant evaluation of DCTs and agencies.
Ð¥ Identify and manage training needs for the CEs.
Ð¥ Support collection officers in legal / police issues.
Ð¥ Ensuring timely and profitable disposal of seized stock & safe custody of seized products
Ð¥ Visit Random customers.
