AVP - HR Transformation & Strategy (8-14 yrs)

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a HR Transformation & Strategy professional at AVP Level. The individual will be responsible for developing and implementing HR Processes, HR policies, HR change, Workforce planning, organization restructuring, HR consulting, HR strategy, organization design and overseeing HR functions.

Qualifications

- You have 9 -11 years of experience in driving large HR transformation initiatives spanning across multiple HR areas

- You have external consulting experience and experience of developing and implementing ways of working to promote agile HR and associated design methods and tools

- You are comfortable with ambiguity and have strong analytical abilities to draw insights to support business decisions

- You have partnered and successfully implemented multiple complex and critical projects with end to end ownership and are able to identify problems and mitigate risks

- You have strong influential skills and are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders across levels, geographies and leveraging them at times to deliver required results
