Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with 2 to 3 years of experience who is proficient in managing core HR processes. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of PF and ESI creations, be familiar with ESSL and GreyTrip software, and demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Additionally, the candidate should have the ability to handle TDS calculations related to employee packages. Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi is a must.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations:
Oversee and manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
Create and process ESI and PF registrations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Prepare and process payroll, including deductions and reimbursements.
Software Management:
Efficiently utilize ESSL and GreyTrip software for attendance and HR functions.
Maintain and analyze HR-related data for reporting and decision-making.
Microsoft Office Expertise:
Prepare presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel.
Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis, payroll calculations, and reporting.
Draft and manage official documentation using Word.
Statutory Compliance:
Handle TDS calculations based on employee salary packages.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Manage timely filing and submission of PF, ESI, and TDS.
Employee Relations:
Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and policies.
Assist in employee engagement activities and performance management.
Language Proficiency:
Communicate effectively in English, Kannada, and Hindi to interact with employees and stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2 to 3 years of experience in HR operations and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in ESSL and GreyTrip software.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts), Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong understanding of PF, ESI, and TDS calculations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi is mandatory.
Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in HR or payroll management is a plus.
Familiarity with HRMS tools and employee engagement initiatives.
