Zlade - Manager - Finance - CFA/CPA (3-4 yrs)

- The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, with a primary focus on procuring and managing finances of the company .

- This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure financial sustainability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies for finance procurement to support company growth and operational needs.

- Analyze and evaluate financing options, including but not limited to loans, credit facilities, and other instruments.

- Prepare financial forecasts and budgets to guide the company's strategic planning.

- Monitor cash flow and manage liquidity to ensure operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with the executive team to identify financial risks and opportunities.

- Oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accurate representation of financial status.

- Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions.

- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.

- Lead the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

- Supervise and mentor junior finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (CFA, CPA) preferred.

- Proven experience in financial management, particularly in debt procurement or corporate finance.

- Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a startup environment.
