- Lead the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (CFA, CPA) preferred.
- Proven experience in financial management, particularly in debt procurement or corporate finance.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a startup environment.
