Position Sales Manager
Department Sales & BD Location Chennai, Delhi NCR, New Delhi Noida, Mumbai
Job Purpose
Business Generation, Streamlining lead generation process and maximize the productivity along with Brand Awareness,
Customer Acquisition, Customer Support & Market Research.
Principal Responsibilities
4-7 years of experience in B2B sales or related field.
Proven track record of achieving target achievements in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with customers.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
Responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, existing clients, or leads to gather
Market Analysis information about their export, import & domestic requirements. These calls may involve
& Lead understanding their shipment needs, frequency of shipments, destinations, cargo types, packaging
Qualification preferences, and any other relevant details. Perform initial lead qualification during the data collection
process. By asking the right questions, they
can identify potential prospects who have a higher likelihood of converting into customers.
Generation Of Responsible for generation of Business and to gives a clear picture of their direct impact on the
Business company's financial performance.
Providing Responsible for providing general information about the company's services and freight forwarding
Information about solutions during the call/ visits. This helpscreate a positive impression and establishes credibility.
Product
Events & Keep an Eye on Local Events & exhibitions. Making details informed to corporate and further decide
Exhibitions on visits to these event for making our Brand more strong and meeting up maximize relationship
building.
Coordination & Regular communication with marketing ,operations and CS which further can help refine the lead
Follow Up qualification process, understanding Client's requirement, business generation and improve overall
efficiency.
