HR Operations Analyst

Job Summary:
The People Shared Services Analyst is responsible for delivering exceptional, employee-centric support across the organization. This role emphasizes operational excellence, accurate service delivery, and timely resolution of HR queries.
Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including pre-onboarding, onboarding, data updates, and offboarding for clients.
• HR Query Management: Address HR-related queries and tickets via the HR helpdesk/email, ensuring resolution within defined SLAs.
• Data Accuracy: Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS platforms.
• Payroll & Compliance Support: Assist with payroll, benefits, and compliance-related activities.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Prepare and deliver standard HR reports and dashboards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with HR Business Partners and other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Client Support: Create and deliver client-specific reports and address queries related to HR policies, benefits, and systems, escalating complex cases when required.
• Centralization & Process Improvement: Actively contribute to centralizing systems into HR Shared Services (HRSS) and identify customer-impacting issues to implement process improvements.
• Confidentiality: Uphold confidentiality while managing HR compliance and data management tasks.
• Cross-Functional Initiatives: Lead and participate in cross-functional process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in HR operations or shared services.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Ascent, SuccessFactors, Keka, or Darwinbox, and basic HR concepts.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
