Zingbus - Data Analyst - R/Python (2-4 yrs)

About the job :

The ideal candidate will use their passion for big data and analytics to provide insights to the business covering a range of topics. They will be responsible for conducting both recurring and ad hoc analysis for business users.

Responsibilities :

- Analyzing complex datasets, providing data-driven insights, and optimizing data workflows.

- improving the performance of data processing tasks and ensuring scalable solutions

- develop, validate, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes.

- collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure high data quality.

Qualifications:

- Mandatory - Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Statistics (preferrably from a #Tier 1 college)

- 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms

- Proficiency in Python or R

- Experience with SQL and database management

- Understanding of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)

- Familiarity with big data tools and technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
