Zimetrics Technologies - Java ElasticSearch Engineer - Spring/Distributed Systems (5-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java and Elasticsearch.

- Optimize Elasticsearch queries and indexing for performance and scalability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design data models and search solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve Elasticsearch-related performance issues.

- Ensure high availability and reliability of search infrastructure.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Java development.

- Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch, including indexing, querying, and performance tuning.

- Experience in designing and implementing scalable search solutions.

- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and distributed systems.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems (Git).

Good to Have :

- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and CloudFormation.

- Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
