Senior Web Designer (Figma Expert)

Job Description:

Were looking for a skilled Senior Web Designer with a strong command of Figma to join our creative team. In this role, you will design stunning and user-centric interfaces that align with our client’s business goals and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and stakeholders, to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create high-quality designs, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using Figma, ensuring they are user-friendly and visually appealing.
• Develop responsive web design solutions optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
• Maintain and enforce design consistency across projects, adhering to branding guidelines and design standards.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs and improve user experience.
• Provide creative inputs and ideas for improving existing design processes and strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in web design and Figma.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, addressing any discrepancies during development.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a collaborative and innovative design culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Web Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing Figma expertise.
• Proficiency in Figma, including component creation, design systems, and collaboration features.
• Solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles and responsive design.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development processes is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
