Cost Accountant - Manufacturing - CA/CMA (7-11 yrs)

Job Description:

- Develop and maintain cost accounting systems to track and report cost-related activities.

- Analyze production, material, labor, and overhead costs, identifying trends and variances.

- Conduct cost audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.

- Assist in preparing annual budgets and periodic forecasts.

- Compare actual costs with budgets, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights.

- Collaborate with department heads to create detailed, goal-aligned budgets.

- Identify cost reduction and efficiency improvement opportunities.

- Implement cost control measures to enhance profitability.

- Provide detailed cost reports and recommendations to support decision-making.

Qualifications:.

- Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
