Tender Executive

• Tender document preparation.
• Check various Tender Search systems on a daily basis and identify the new tenders.
• To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications.
• Prepare The Tender Eligibility Criteria Check List .
• Responsible for updating all spreadsheets, databases and to produce reports as and when required.
• Prepare complete tender and Bid Summary.
• To follow relevant procedures for Tender compilation.
• Responsible for ensuring tenders are submitted consistently ahead of the deadlines set by the tendering authority or body.
• To maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Manage the tender submission through its entire life cycle.
• Working exposure to all Government Tendering Portals and DSCs.

Desired Candidate Profile
The candidate must have at least 2 to 5 years experience in the relevant field The Candidate must have good exposure in English, Tamil and Hindi Strong external and internal communication skills. Strong computer skills, strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
