Position Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing both bulk and lateral hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Talent Acquisition Strategies:
- Design and execute effective hiring strategies for bulk and lateral hiring to meet organizational needs.
- Collaborate with senior management to understand hiring requirements and align recruitment processes accordingly.
- Ensure a diverse and inclusive hiring process.
Manage End-to-End Recruitment Process:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Use various recruitment tools and platforms to attract top talent.
Bulk Hiring:
- Plan large-scale recruitment drives and campus recruitment programs.
- Guide and manage a team to drive the program and hire candidates.
- Drive the development and maintenance of a talent pool for mass hiring requirements.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective hiring for bulk positions.
Lateral Hiring:
- Identify and recruit experienced professionals for mid to senior-level positions.
- Network and build relationships with industry professionals and potential candidates.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to ensure alignment on hiring needs and timelines.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment status and key metrics to senior management.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
Data and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring processes.
- Prepare and present regular recruitment reports to senior management.
EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on bulk and lateral hiring.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
