Manager/Sr. Engineer - Analysis

What we are looking for:

ZF Steering Gear (INDIA) Ltd is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager (Analysis) to provide high quality, efficient and proactive work in our Design Department. Working closely with the Commercial & SCM Head and other team members, this is a position for someone wanting to significantly contribute to business performance of our Company.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

FEA/CFD Simulation of Technology aggregates/assemblies for Commercial Vehicle Steering system

Basic design calculations of mechanical & hydraulic systems - Power steering gears/Vane Pump/ Gear Pump/Radial piston Pump.

Basic skills in MS-Excel, Word & Power Point.

Basic skills in parametric modelling using PTC Creo/Autodesk Inventor software are desirable.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. B.E. (Mechanical)/M.E. (Mechanical) with 4 to 8 years' experience in Automotive FEA/CFD Simulation.

2. Basic knowledge of Steering system.

3. Understanding the technical inputs from Design Engineer and perform FEA/ CFD simulation using ANSYS Mechanical/ Fluent/Autodesk Nastran/CFD.

4. Knowledge of materials is a must.

5. Must have basic understanding of product design analysis
