Your Profile

1. Internal Control & Financial Reporting: Implement and maintain an internal control system to ensure accurate financial reporting in line with company policies and compliance standards.
2. Audit & Compliance: Responsible for managing quarterly reviews and annual audits, ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements, and overseeing audit processes.
3. Accounting Framework: Lead the development and maintenance of accounting policies, procedures, and consolidation structures to meet regulatory and internal control guidelines, including IFRS compliance.
4. Risk Management: Oversee the internal audit process, focusing on risk management and internal controls to protect company assets.
5. External Auditor Relationships: Manage relationships with external auditors, ensuring smooth audits and addressing any accounting concerns.
6. Reporting to Leadership: Prepare reports for senior management, including the board, and communicate the impact of any changes in accounting standards or regulations.
7. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, particularly in financial systems and processes, including projects related to automation and digitization.
8. Leadership & Team Development: Mentor senior business partners, develop the talent pipeline within the finance team, and promote the companys core values within the team.

Your Profile

• CA Qualified should be from 2011 2016
• Core accounting role / consolidation (Group Consolidation) role
• Proficient to closely work with Shared service center, Finance team. (AP & AR)
• Expertise in IFRS, Ind AS, Financial Statements, Group Consolidation, AP/AR, etc.,, Statutory Audit / Internal Audits.
• Experience in handling a team
• SAP Experience at user level
