Role & responsibilities

• Experience-14 to 20 years
• Currently working as Site Quality leader
• Experience in Broad Quality automotive background
• Responsible for end-to-End Quality (Customer Quality, Process Quality, Warranty management, Supplier management, QMS).
• Managing Minimum of 8 members team (white color and 40 Quality Trainees
• Be able to drive strong customer focus and build customer relationships
• Strong problem solving and continuous improvement skills
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Product and production knowledge
• Cross-functional collaboration mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to drive sense of urgency and influence across the organization

Preferred candidate profile

• Drive Quality culture in the plant
• Identify and ensure mitigation of Quality risks
• Develop Plant Quality team (capabilities and capacity)
• Lead Plant deployment of Regional and Global Quality strategy in line with ZF DNA of Quality
• Own organization and process Continuous Improvement Plan for Plant Quality
• Set the quality goals for the plant in alignment with Regional /customer targets and drive mitigation plan on red KPI's
• Assess needed resources, plan and execute headcount & budgets, ensure organization effectiveness
• Execute internal audit system for the plant (system, product and process), ensure governance and track to closure
• Ensure plant compliance with IATF 16949
• Drive customer communication for critical customer claims/ Quality problems
• Escalate within or beyond the plant (when needed) and ensure execution of needed actions for Quality problem resolution
• Ensure Read Across, best practices sharing with other plants and give inputs to Global Operations Quality Assurance in order to set up future
• Drive supplier quality improvement program in alignment with Regional Supplier management Leader and Global Operations SQA
• Drive failure prevention and save product launch for new industrialization projects (APQP)
• Execute Production Part Approval
