Our expertise encompasses system engineering, function development, functional safety, FMEA, reliability analysis, system diagnostics, system qualification, NVH optimisation—ensuring unparalleled standards of safety, efficiency, and performance.

 What you can look forward to as Technical Lead System Engineer (m/f/d):

• Technical development of system- and safety solutions & requirements in cooperation with internal and external groups including sign-off
• Analysis of stakeholder requirements & Development of system requirements
• Development of system architecture definition and appropriate element requirements
• Simulation, bench and truck testing for system, safety and functionalities using Rapid Control Prototyping to create and improve functional and non-functional requirements in cooperation with the Function & Controls Engineer
• Subject matter expert for team & customers on assigned system topics ranging from non-functional requirements (e.g. vibration) via functional requirements to end-of-line specification and mission profile
• Commissioning of systems and system calibration & Conceptual design of necessary vehicles, system benches and tests Support of FMEA and reliability work.

Your profile as Technical Lead System Engineer (m/f/d) : 

• Technical lead of development sub-projects for creation of system-, function and safety- solutions, in cooperation with the lead systems engineer
• Independent creation of functional and non-functional requirements and sign-off of team created requirements
• Bench and truck testing on pre-development items & Lead internal and external supplier and customer meetings & Control theory and basics of Rapid Control Prototyping tools
• Expert knowledge in automotive bus systems and diagnostics and respective vector tools
• Good knowledge in environmental testing, EMC and electrical testing
• Good knowledge FMEA, ISO26262, ASPICE & Expert steering system & vehicle dynamics knowledge Truck Drivers License.
