Job Description

Oversee the gathering, documentation, and management of software requirements throughout the project lifecycle
Lead and mentor a team of SW Infrastructure, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources (related to Web tools development, Azure DevOps Automation)
Act as the primary point of contact between the development team and stakeholders to gather Infrastructure requirements
Continuously look for opportunities to develop tools to enhance efficiency and quality of various teams
Qualifications:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
12+ years of experience with a proven track record of leading teams.
Should have good expertise into Web tools development, Azure DevOps and Automation topics (Fullstack, Azure Devops, Python, C#, Database, PowerBI etc)
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Good understanding on entire SW life cycle and AUTOSAR based SW Development
