Job Description - iOS Developer

Years of Experience - 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop complex iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C, leveraging the latest iOS SDKs and frameworks (SwiftUI, UIKit, Core Data, Core Location, etc.

- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and design principles.

- Investigate and debug issues across multiple layers of the application stack, from UI to backend integration.

- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Designers, and QA Engineers, providing technical insights and recommendations.

- Assist in breaking down user stories and features into actionable tasks and deliverables.

- Participate in project planning, estimation, and sprint commitments, providing technical input and feasibility assessments.

- Ensure comprehensive test coverage by writing unit test cases and participating in integration and user acceptance testing.

- Oversee the deployment process of iOS applications to various distribution channels such as the App Store or enterprise distribution platforms.

- Document codebase structure, design patterns, and implementation details to facilitate understanding and collaboration among team members.

- Manage code repositories, branches, and pull requests, resolving conflicts and ensuring code integrity.

- Provide production support for deployed applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3+ years of experience in iOS development using Swift and/or Objective-C.

- Strong understanding of iOS SDK, frameworks, and design patterns (MVC, MVVM).

- Experience with XCode, Interface Builder, and other iOS development tools.

- Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON data handling.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

- Experience with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).

- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Skills & Experience :

- Experience with SwiftUI

- Experience with Git or other version control systems.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

- Experience with performance optimization and memory management techniques
