Youll be joining a growing team of 8 passionate individuals, reporting directly to our supportive Customer Support Team Lead. We foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment where youll have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and contribute your unique skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide timely and effective support to customers via various channels (WhatsApp, Intercom, email, phone).
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions or escalate to the appropriate team.
• Become a product expert and maintain up-to-date knowledge of our offerings.
• Onboard new customers and guide them through our platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and FAQs.

Your profile:

• 3+ years of experience in a customer support or client-facing role.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software and technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (fluent English is essential).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adaptable and willing to work in different shift timings.
• A keen interest in the maritime industry and/or sustainability is a plus.
• IT skills or maritime knowledge are preferable.
