Python/Java Full Stack Trainer

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Python/Java Full Stack Trainer to join our team and deliver high-quality training to aspiring developers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development, expertise in both Python and Java ecosystems, and a flair for teaching. Your role will be to design, develop, and deliver interactive training sessions, ensuring participants gain practical knowledge and industry-relevant skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on Python and Java full-stack development.
• Teach key technologies, including backend (Django, Flask, Spring, Hibernate), frontend (React, Angular, JavaScript), and databases (SQL, NoSQL).
• Develop practical projects and assignments to provide hands-on experience to participants.
• Prepare and maintain course materials, including slides, notes, and coding examples.
• Assess trainees performance through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in Python, Java, and full-stack development to ensure course content is current.
• Assist in building real-world applications to enhance students' learning experience.
• Mentor and guide students on their career paths, including resume building and interview preparation.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 2-10 years of experience in full-stack development using Python and Java.
• 2+ year of experience as a trainer or mentor in a technical capacity.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Python (Django, Flask) and Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate).
• Frontend development expertise with React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
