Designation: Design Engineer

Summary:

Responsible for Making 3D modelling & Detailing, GA Drawings, Plot plan Plant Layouts using Software such as: Micro Station , Solid Works , AutoCAD, coordination, execution, and communication of all activities related to Design, Modelling and drafting of equipments such as Regenerative thermal oxidizer, Thermal oxidizer, Fuel gas control skid, Biogas plant and water treatment package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation Plot plant & layout in MicroStation
• Preparation of 2D & 3D modelling in MicroStation for Thermal Oxidisers & DFTO.
• Preparation of Piping routing as per project PID & project Specification.
• Preparation of Isogen drawings in MicroStation
• Preparation of Structural column, platform, handrails in MicroStation.
• Preparation of IBR & NON-IBR Isometrics & support drawings
• Isometric checking with respect to P&ID
• To review of 3D Model in NAVISWORKS for clash checking, accessibility and Maintenance.
• Ensure that all work complies with relevant statutory requirements and standards, as applicable.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent Degree.
• 6 to 11 years of experience in Plant layout, Piping & Structural engineering.
• Strong knowledge in MicroStation , Solid Works , Navisworks and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of pipe, pipe flanges, structural shapes, and material specifications
• Ability to interpret and organize technical information, describe, and solve technical problems, interpret and accept instruction from a design lead and/or an engineer.
• Experience working as part of a design team & ability to execute project independently
• Ability to maintain progress on multiple simultaneous tasks, assess accuracy and completeness of own work
• Organize and maintain Product/Project related information in a file that includes the proposal, performance requirements, specifications, etc.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
