About the Role :

As a Founder's Associate, you will work directly with the CEO and leadership team, playing a pivotal role in driving the company's strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and business growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment, contributing to high-impact projects while shaping your own professional growth.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives, track progress, and ensure execution.

2. Assist in preparing pitch decks, investor presentations, and financial models.

3. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.

4. Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects across product, sales, growth, and engineering teams.

5. Support investor relations, including outreach, meeting coordination, and follow-ups.

6. Prepare and maintain business process documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

7. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and OKRs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

8. Assist in planning and executing company-wide meetings, updates, and special initiatives.

9. Drive research-based insights to support decision-making across business functions.

10. Act as a liaison between the leadership team and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Economics, Engineering, or related preferred).

2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced startup environment or relevant internships.

3. Skills: Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and data analysis tools.

4. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
