Job Description

Preferred background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar. Relevant technical experience is also valued.

Basic understanding of web-based software and SaaS tools.

Basic SQL knowledge ; Intermediate SQL or Python skills are a plus.

Comfortable analyzing and interpreting data in different formats.

Communication Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas simply to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skilled at understanding customer pain points and helping them find effective solutions.

Ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs and challenges.

Work Hours
