Likes

It's asynchronous, and the people are genuinely supportive, helpful, and welcoming. The atmosphere is relaxed; people don't take themselves too seriously. It's a remote position. The best aspect is the opportunity to take ownership of your work; there's no micromanagement, which works well for individuals who work in bursts. There are no fixed working hours, but accountability and providing proper updates to relevant people are expected.

A great place with a collaborative team, approachable founders, empathetic management, and excellent learning opportunities.

As a startup, a high level of ownership and responsibility is expected from employees, which might be challenging for some.

Likes

High ownership is given to all employees. Even an intern has more ownership than most full timers at other orgs/startups. Stellar team: Apurv and Saurabh have worked at stellar companies in the past and are second time founders. Their thoughfulness about culture shows in the day to day workings of the company. Dislikes

While the founders believe in high ownership of each employee and a remote work culture, people who are not self driven aren't a good fit and cannot perform here.

Likes

Great Team. Founders are very accessible and very helpful. The management here is very empathetic towards the employees, which is somewhat rare to find. A lot of learning on the job.
