Job Description

Key Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of experience in a B2B SaaS marketing role.

Grit and curiosity to learn new topics in great depth.

Familiarity with platforms like Webflow, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools to track performance and optimize strategies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, meaning avoiding enterprise jargon, adapting to the brand voice, and writing with the customer in mind.

Exceptional ROI-tracking and marketing performance analytics, able to prove what isor isntworking

Excellent at identifying gaps and asking questions to find a solution (rather than waiting for a solution to fall into your lap)

Comfortable presenting to stakeholders and leading webinars or events.

Strong work ethic and ownership. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving projects forward.

Not taking yourself too seriously :)

Good To Have

Experience working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with a 0 to 1 mindset focused on growth.

Experience catering to CFO persona.

Familiarity with billing systems, CPQ, and accounting systems.

Compensation

Fixed: INR 22 29 lacs per annum

Variable: Based on performance

ESOPs

The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including - job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Location

Hybrid with base location as Bangalore. We are flexible with WFH (work-from-home) days and long travel breaks :)
