Zensciences - Project & Operations Manager (7-10 yrs)

- Zensciences is looking for experienced program managers /project managers, who have a deep understanding of B2B marketing.

- Leaders who can manage complex marketing programs with confidence and ease.

- The Programs/ Projects managed by the candidate transcend four major journey's in our client marketing transformation lifecycle:.

Phase 1: Marketing Consulting.

Phase 2: Brand Development.

Phase 3: UX/ UI.

Phase 4: Technology Development.

- The candidate should have an appreciation for all 4 phases of the journey.

- The candidate needs to demonstrate. Customer-first.

- Be analytical.

- Understanding of branding and creative.

- Understanding of the design principles that construct a UX/UI program.

- Understanding of the technology development process.

- Be task driven with strong project management skills.

- Strong communication.

- Commercial acumen.

The essential KRA's of the role include:

- Seamless project management: With a focus on not only meeting timelines but moving the projects left.

- Proactive customer management: Should be comfortable with working with clients, be a proactive communicator, and should be able to communicate the vision of every deliverable.

- Internal resource management: Should be able to work with consulting, creative, brand, content, and technology teams.

- Essentially engage with them help them find a solution and inspire them.

- Business alignment: Understand client goals, align the project to meet those goals.

- This also requires a fair degree of stress management and organizational skills.

- Shift Left: The projects need to be shifted left, this means that the candidate needs to understand the project bottlenecks and sort these proactively.

Qualification:

- Project/ Program Manager in advertising, brand, or a UI/UX agency (must).

- 7-10 years of hands-on experience in working across marketing life cycles.

- Delivered for Fortune 500 brands.
