The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst serves as the primary point of contact between the user community and Data & Analytics Team performing a variety of duties including:leading project, empowering user community through training and support around data and analytics needs, expanding available information, managing business rules and transformations, and informing a framework for exception management and data governance.

Support the business making with clear, data-driven choices that deliver enterprise value in a dynamic business environment.

Support the Data & Analytics ecosystems including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging cloud-based platforms..

       
 ACCOUNTABILITIES  – describe role accountabilities/responsibilities, i.e. what the role does. Should cover the following:
       
· Works closely with business users to understand business processes and document requirements to design reporting and analytical solutions.

· Led project from start to finish.

· Creates/Maintains technical specifications, unit testing/system testing documents, and work with the technical lead to architect the solutions based on agreed scope and timelines

· Support key project to transition from on premise system to an Azure-based infrastructure.

· Role includes business analysis, technical design, development, testing, and implementation of new and enhanced reporting & analysis capabilities to multiple client areas.

 Technical Skills: 

SAP BW/4HANA Expert

SQL & Data Modeling Pro - This combines SQL proficiency across databases and data modeling

Data Visualization Tools (Tableau & Snowflake preferred)

 Soft Skills: 

Ability to interact with Business users, gather business requirements to translate to technical requirements from non-technical stakeholders

Communicate & Collaborate Effectively with business & IT stakeholders

Global & Agile Mindset (Combines comfort in complex environments and adaptability)

 Experience: 

10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst



 Critical Knowledge and Qualifications: (what the role holder must know; including any required general or professional qualifications/education)

· CERTIFIED - SAP Certified Application Specialist – SAP BW/4HANA 2021 Delta

Data Acquisition with SAP BW/4HANA 2. (C_BW4HANA_27)  (preferred)

· Proficient on Data Acquisition into SAP BW/4HANA

· Proficient on SAP BW Query Design

· Proficient writing SQL queries for Oracle, SQL server db & data modeling

· Proficient on InfoObjects and InfoProviders

· Proficient on SAP BW/4HANA Project and the Modeling Process

· Proficient on SAP BW/4HANA Modeling

· Proficient on SAP BW/4HANA Data Flow

· Proficient on SAP Analytics Tools

· Proficient in Tableau or similar data visualization tool (preferred)

 Critical Experience: 

· 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
